'Isang' leaves PAR, storm signals lifted - Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tropical Storm "Isang" has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
